M.P.Law College Library is one of the largest law libraries in the academic field
of MarathwadaRegion , not just in terms of the number of titles, but in terms of
capacity as well. The library is hosting more than 25,000 books and bound volumes
covering various fields of study ranging from law to social sciences. Subscriptions
have been made to more than 50 National and International Journals , newspapers
and magazines. The reference section of the library stocks complete volume sets
of the most prestigious and well known journals, case records, Encyclopedia’s ,
Bare Acts , Law Commission Reports , Autobiography and Commentaries in the field
of law. The library has subscribed to various online databases such as Manupatra,
N-LIST of Inflibnet, CLA Online, DELNET , The Law and Remote access of Dr. BabasahebAmbedkarMarathwada
University e- resources which include online databases such as Lexis Nexis , EBCSO
Journals , JStor, etc. Library provides Open Access facility to users. Library is
automated with SOUL 2.0.0.14 Library Management Software.
The Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is a real-time updated internal database
which enables users to search the library’s collection and guides them to precise
locations. The internal database of the library can be accessed on intranet of the
college .
